My love of psychology and for helping people began at an early age.  It led me to receive my bachelor's degree in psychology at the University of Massachusetts Dartmouth.  I studied mental health counseling and dance/movement therapy at Antioch University in Keene, New Hampshire.

I have worked with a wide range of folks from the infant to the elderly.  The bulk of my career has focused on adults, however.  The issues that clients have brought in to their therapy sessions has also been quite varied.  I have found that the label of one's problem (i.e. the "diagnosis") tends to matter less than how a person is feeling, functioning and the goals that he or she has.
